Ars Technica has an interesting article up today, Liberate your tweets: Archiving without Twitter, in which they cover some solutions for saving your tweets for posterity. There’s some good stuff in there that I’d never heard of & which I’m now going to check out.

In my case, though, I’ve been happily using a service Ars didn’t mention: Twistory. All my Tweets appear in both my Google Calendar & in iCal, where they are safely stored & backed up under my control. I use Twistory Pro, so it costs me a whopping $1 per month. Highly recommended.
